Landscaping Requests

Effective 5/30/2023, Landscaping rules and regulations have changed.  Homeowners may now plant, replant, or change the landscaping in the flower beds directly in front of their homes, with prior Landscaping Committee approval.  Landscaping approval will operate in a smilar manner to Architectural Control.  Homeowners should submit a Landscaping Request Form to the Landscaping Committe detailing the intended changes BEFORE starting any project.  If replacing a dead or sickly plant with the same type plant, approval should be straighforward.  If the homeowner intends a larger project, more details may be sought by the Landscaping Committee.  Also like Architectural Control, projects undertaken without Landscaping Committee pre-approval may be halted and/or reversed.  The intent is to maintain Willow Walk in the beautiful, green state we all appreciate, with as much continuity as possible.  Please see the attached Landscaping Request Form for additional information and guidance.  This form is fillable and intended to make completing the request easier for everyone.  Please submit your request by email to: landscaping@willow-walk.com
